Yes, the property has its own private parking assigned specifically to each room of the unit in gated community.

If you would like to know costs of property, please fill out the “Contact Us” form on the “Contact” page. We pride ourselves on making our units very affordable.

You can apply by yourself or you can apply with 1 to 3 of your friends. If you do apply by yourself, you will be matched with other housemates based on a housemate matching service we use to align lifestyle preferences and values so that people can be matched with a like-minded community of housemates.
